ck44c Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck44c website located at ck44c.io, any associated mobile applications, and all services, tools, and features accessible through those channels.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "ck44c" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the ck44c Platform and all its associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

ck44c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use ck44c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. Players located in Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or play.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ck44c or any affiliated operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ck44c reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of any Balance pending verification.

To access real-money games and betting markets on ck44c, you must create a registered Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ck44c is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and the funds held within them will be suspended and forfeited without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck44c will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ck44c immediately at [email protected]. ck44c is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to keep them secure.

ck44c reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

All deposits to your ck44c Account are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the payment method level and will be communicated at the point of deposit. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time in most cases; delays due to third-party payment processing are outside ck44c's control.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. ck44c reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and suspend your Account where third-party funding is detected.

ck44c does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such fees imposed by their payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from within your Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

Before any withdrawal is processed, ck44c may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures. This may include submission of a valid national identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ck44c reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: typically 15 to 30 minutes after approval
• Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days after approval

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. ck44c reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.

ck44c may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ck44c promotions include the following:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the stated period.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ck44c reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an Account.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate any promotional offer — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential suspension of all associated accounts.
• Certain games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.

All games available on the ck44c Platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the Platform are independently certified by the Game Provider's testing laboratory. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel. ck44c does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical access to alter the results produced by Game Provider RNG systems.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, ck44c's policy is as follows:

• Any bets placed during a confirmed technical error are void and the staked amount will be returned to the player's Balance.
• Wins generated as a result of a software error that produces outcomes clearly outside normal game parameters will be considered void.
• ck44c will rely on its own server-side game logs to determine the outcome of any disputed round.

For live dealer games, the rules of the physical table as governed by the Game Provider apply. ck44c is not the dealer and does not determine the outcome of live dealer rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck44c Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party application to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game conditions
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering or financial fraud through the Platform
• Providing false information at registration or during any subsequent verification process
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory by use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of location obfuscation
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing winnings
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent responsible gaming restrictions

ck44c employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above activities will be suspended without advance notice.

ck44c is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion options.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without ck44c's express prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44c and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or Platform unavailability
• Loss of data resulting from delays, errors, or interruptions in the transmission of data
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security
• Any actions or conduct of third-party Game Providers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck44c does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. ck44c's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ck44c support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ck44c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, violation of Prohibited Conduct provisions, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases of termination for breach, ck44c reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation.

ck44c may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ck44c will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by email notification to your registered address. Minor amendments — including clarifications of existing provisions — may be made without notice and take immediate effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ck44c operates as an online entertainment platform serving the Bangladesh market. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes legal advice, and Players are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if they have questions about their rights and obligations.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through ck44c's internal complaints process should be escalated via written communication to [email protected]. ck44c will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve all disputes within 30 days of acknowledgement.
